Today, with the development of China's chemical industry, the widespread application has stimulated the demand for reduced investment in the market and further stimulated the demand for high-end stainless steel tube bundle machines. To adapt to the increasingly widespread application of duplex stainless steel, China should strengthen the improvement of duplex stainless steel welding technology and the development of supporting welding materials. 

Widely used, primarily in the chemical and petrochemical processing industry, oil and gas industry, and fertilizer industry. 

1. Chemical and petrochemical processing industry

The catalyst tubes of large methanol synthesis reactors with a capacity of 200000 tons and multiple sets of small and medium-sized methanol synthesis reactors with a capacity of less than 100000 tons are all made of duplex stainless steel. 2205 steel pipes are used for large and medium-sized installations, and imported pipes are more commonly used. Small installations mostly use 18-5Mo domestically produced steel pipes. In the next five years, China's petrochemical industry will develop rapidly, with large-scale petrochemical projects under construction and planned across the country. Projects established based on the current control of construction projects and plans, along with the continuous improvement of domestic stainless steel production quality and the development of special trademark products, the application of stainless steel in the petrochemical industry will increase from time to time in the next five years. 

2. Oil and gas industry

The consumption of small-sized biphasic pipes has become relatively mature in China, and the urgent need to deal with the consumption of larger sized pipes and welded pipes is yet to be explored in terms of consumption technology. In addition, how to reduce the cost of duplex stainless steel products is also related to the development of duplex stainless steel in China. 

3. Fertilizer industry

The fertilizer industry adopts domestically produced 0Cr25Ni6Mo3CuN aging strengthened duplex stainless steel, which has good wear resistance and erosion resistance. It is used for the installation of various specifications of high-pressure shut-off valves in the main process pipeline of urea, and the results are good. 

The national standard for stainless steel has not been revised for more than ten years, and when revising the national standard, it is necessary to consider the standardization and revision of duplex stainless steel. We should also consider introducing and improving existing inspection methods and standards to promote the consumption and ordering of duplex stainless steel by researching and visiting foreign user acceptance standards for factory inspection of stainless steel pipe products. In addition, we vigorously promote the potential market for industrial and civilian use of duplex stainless steel, and develop, test, and implement some new types of duplex stainless steel that are suitable for China's national conditions and developed abroad. We believe that duplex stainless steel has a very broad application prospect in China.
